Founded by Marathon residents Jeff and Patty Dalton, Sunrise Studios is the result of conversations with dozens of Marathon families about the need for music lessons and academic tutoring in Marathon.   With a lifetime of music study, teaching, tutoring performing, touring, and recording with artists from around the world, Jeff and Patty founded Sunrise Studios to works with Marathon's families, students, adults and professional Keys musicians to provide music lessons, tutoring, performances, and events.

What do you want to learn? 

​

We offer Guitar, Ukulele, Piano, Bass, Drums, voice, music theory, and tutoring for study skills, essay writing, science, and reading.

​

We will also offer daytime toddler drumming classes, sing-along, toddler enrichment, and

recording technology classes, along with college audition preparation, karaoke coaching, and recording studio engineering and music production classes.

​

Our music lessons focus on learning how to be a "total musician," from learning to play, to reading music, proper posture, hand and practice techniques, caring for your instrument, music theory, music history, and HAVING FUN!

Located right in the center of Marathon, we're getting set up to offer private lessons and small classes, and will have a fully functional recording studio for students and local musicians to learn about recording and record their own

releases.
